Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park (“we,” “our,” “us”) built the Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park mobile application (“App”) as a free companion tool for park visitors. • Usage Data – anonymous analytics (e.g., screens visited, buttons tapped) provided by Google Play Services (for Google Play App) or Apple Store Services (for Apple Store App) or Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.
• Device Information – anonymized device model and operating‑system version for crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics).

No personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email, or phone number is stored by the App.

• Improve stability, performance, and user experience.
• Understand which features are most helpful to visitors.

The App relies on the following third‑party libraries that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies:

4. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash logs are retained for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
